"My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and could not have been more pleased. The rooms have been recently updated and the bathroom worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinners we ate were wonderful. Well prepared and ample portions. The entire place was very clean. The best part of the experience at the Conningbrook was the employees. All were very jovial and helpful and couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are staying in...

"Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5."

"Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"These pods were super cute and very clean. The heating in it was fantastic and kept us warm on a very cold and wet night. We were provided with the and coffee making facilities and a bag of marshmallows to toast by the fire. Kids really enjoyed it. We could also hear and sometimes see the lions nearby. "

"It was really late when me and my partner got to the hotel after a long drive and then hotel staff were lovely and super friendly and got us checked in really quickly. The rooms were spotless and the breaksfast was amazing. It was not a far drive from the Eurotunnel the next day and would reccomend this hitel if your going to the Eurotunnel. "

The couple of kitchen appliances were enough for our needs and small touches like towels provided and complimentary biscuits was lovely. "Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost."
