"The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We talked about their history and what my husband and I were celebrating, our 15th anniversary and how we met. Talking with the sister/owners was like talking with family. Glad to have owners who know the history of the city of Detroit and it's neighborhoods. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying our beautiful accommodations. The breakfast was delicious."

"Property was charming and quirky. Room was not ready at check-in time and noticed the same for others trying to check-in. Staff kindly held our bags while we went off site. They said they called when ready but had no call come in. Bed was comfy but low. Minimal furnishings but staff brought a side table and mini fridge to our room. Also replaced non-working hairdryer at our request. Lighting throughout property was dim. Location was great. No coffee for guests but for sale in the lobby...

"Cambria Hotel was absolutely great. The entry lobby is a bit odd since you take an elevator to the third floor for check-in, but after the elevator door opens the space is beautiful! The HUGE room was very new looking and had a nice amenity bar with Nespresso coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom is beautiful and well lit. Very quiet hotel. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast snack bar downstairs has great hot breakfast sandwiches and coffee at very reasonable prices. It's about 10 blocks...
