"Great place. Enjoyed our overnight stay and breakfast"

"The room we booked was a queen with a pull out couch (for the kids). The bed was a double and the pull out was broken so four of us had to sleep in a double sized bed! When we brought up the broken things in the room, at check out, the list included the pull out, as well as the pool access room did not work when returning to the room, the lock on that door did not lock from inside, and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. We were told those things were all on the maintenance list and that room shouldn’t have been occupied but that they were fully booked so they used it. Which I find rather unacceptable. The pool was busy but fun, however the carpeted balcony leading to the pool was disgusting my guess it was not ever cleaned and should be linoleum or tile but not carpet. Upon checkout I let the front desk know that in-front of the desk on the floor it appeared to be blood on the floor and was informed that a child dropped a candy apple “yesterday morning” why it was still not cleaned made me question how clean our rooms really were. I expected more from this hotel chain and price point."
