"Bad just bad needs to be torn down "

"The hotel and rooms were very outdated. We paid for an upgrade to a suite and it was a joke. Looked like something out of the 1970’s and was dirty. Room was for 4 people but the pull out couch was old, dirty and extremely uncomfortable. There were several wet spots on the floor when we walked in. The cover of the ac fell off and hit my husband as we were bringing luggage in. There was what looked like vomit on the patio curtain. The bar was nice but way over priced. 2 beers/25$. The man that watched our bags prior to check in was very kind. The gentleman that rented the cars for Hertz was helpful and gave us a deal on a rental since it was late in the day. The lady that worked in the Starbucks area was also very kind and great at her job. Pool was nice, but chilly and the hot tub was not working which was a huge disappointment. Would not stay here again as we looked for the true Hilton experience. This place seemed like a Hilton on its last leg’s barely staying above water. "

"Airport shuttle was quick. Hotel recently remodeled. Lobby lovely. Room was clean and updated. Pool view room was a view of a wall. Room 246. Should not be booking that room. Pool is under construction. Coffee maker did not work. Water pressure was very minimal. Would not stay here again especially for the price. Would not recommend. The girl at the front desk did get us a complimentary coffee after I informed her that our coffee pot was not working."

"Nice older hotel. It almost feels like you’re in a little mini apartments versus a hotel room. If you’re not looking for five star accommodations, but you want something nice and quaint, this is your place."

"We loved the studio and the neighborhood! The pre-check-in process was a bit cumbersome and the bicycles available for use had flat tires that wouldn’t hold air when we tried pumping them up"
