"Got to the room and the bed was not made, there was only the fitted sheet and the top sheet on the bed. The quilt and sheet on top were in the closet, and both were covered in blood stains. Called for another blanket and that one was covered in stains as well. Immediately checked out, spoke to the front desk and left the room keys we were given, and left the hotel. "This is an excellent hotel in a prime location, just a short walk from the energy and activity of Coconut Grove. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and the property met expectations in most respects. The only drawback was the lack of housekeeping during the stay. The room is cleaned before arrival and after departure, but no interim service is provided. For a week-long stay, this was a noticeable limitation. we would have appreciated fresh towels, basic cleaning, and a change of linens."
