"Location was convenient for getting to sunrise early but very limited choice in terms of restaurants or stores to get a quick bite. Room was what you’d expect for a rustic ski hotel, but we didn’t expect the folded towels to be dirty. The front desk was closed in the evening and wasn’t open by the time we checked out, so not possible to get the issues addressed. Don’t think we’ll come back again."

""This was a great base camp for visiting Mount Rainier National Park. The check-in staff was helpful and attentive, and the fast Wi-Fi was a big plus. It is also an easy walk or drive to local markets, restaurants, stores, and gas stations in Packwood."

"It’s one thing to have a shared bathrooms. It’s another thing to have shared bathrooms that are absolutely gross. The floors were muddy. The showers covered in mold. I complained to the host Kim and asked for a bathroom cleaning. I got no response and the bathrooms looked the same the next day. I hope the health department is reading this message."
