"Great stay in the burbs close to the airport"

"This is our go to hotel in the Huntley area. The only reason for 4 stars is that I always need a pool. Their pool is cold. Uncomfortably cold. I did ask 2 times for them to turn it up, it stayed cold. The staff is great, the room very nice, clean, The staff offered towels on the off days. The beds are memory foam. I would like a firmer mattress. The breakfast is typical for hotels. Parking is good. Area is safe. Lots of restaurants & shopping close by."

"The Hotel was very clean , comfortable rooms and great breakfast . The staff at counter were nice , but the staff at the breakfast area were not polite they didn’t say hello or even smile and when someone asked for something they didn’t answer. Bedside that everything else was fine."

"The room was spotless and had great amenities -- a microwave, fridge, nice closet and open spaces to store things plus extra hooks in bath and entrance. Everything seemed new and I understand the elevators were recently refurbished. The staff were great and attentive, and parking was close by. "

"Had issues with the toilet constantly running all night during the first night's stay. Housekeeping did not show up to service the room one day."

"This hotel is in a great area - close to restaurants and shopping. The clerk on duty when I checked in (evening of May 5th) didn't give me any details about the hotel (hours of breakfast, location of the pool, etc.) I'm not sure if he was filling in for someone or what. Good value for the money, though and a safe location."

"Breakfast offered a variety of options for every appetite. Bed was super comfortable, room set up was logical and spacious. Shower had great water pressure. A/C perfect. Staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. They have been currently remodeling when we were there in October 2025 and now still in May 2026, but it doesn’t affect our stay and it enhances the property. This is our go to place as we have family in the area and it’s reasonably priced. We will be back in June 2026 for a family...

"Extremely Rude staff at the reception tbey dont smile they dont greet and they don’t empathize with the guests situation . I travelled almost 12 hours and when i reaches hotel i requested for a room on the top floor the front office lady upfront denied and then she also made an error by charging my catd for the night stay whereas i had paid the amount online at thw time of booking when i asked her ahe connected mw to the manager Andrew or Sam i dont remember and he tried to cover up the miatale...
