"unfortunately, our stay at KingsMill resort was disappointing, especially for the price. The room felt dated, they were dirty sheets left in the closet, a hand towel had red stain, and there was some trash around the entrance of our door. At the clubhouse, we also noticed spiderwebs around the outdoor fans above the table, the food was just OK. The manager and staff were very pleasant and apologetic when I called about my concerns. We did enjoy the gym outdoor pool, especially the lazy river. However, it was concerning to see a lifeguard, focusing on his phone for about 10 minutes while guest were in the water. For a resort at this price point, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to details. Therefore, we only stayed one night. Unfortunately, I will not return."

"Staff & amenities were excellent. One elevator was down the entire stay & rooms were a little dated but for the cost & other perks we can definitely overlook. Would love to return."

"I didnt have no hot tub in the room the hotel is old worn out. 1980's still have a pay phone one ice maker downstairs the pool was clean but no air conditioner for the inside pool very hot one of the maids very rude because she didn't want to make the beds up on Wednesday 12 am the good thing about this hotel is clean in quiet the beds very comfortable staff need to tell people stop holding the carts in their room for people to use to but their clothes fake advertising no breakfast tea coffee in chocolate bars and no BBQ facilities different no hot tub in the 2 bed queen room but I will go back close to everything and bush gardens for my son"

"Great hot and cold breakfast with waffles excellent for kids. Rooms very nice shower was great at least in my room the pool was nice ,aways from the parks but food and shopping starts right across from the hotel."

"Excellent stay! Very clean, great location close to the outlets, shopping, and historic sites. Staff was delightful and made everything easy. Ford's Colony is beautiful and peaceful — we will be back!"
