"Clean room , spacious, love "

"The hotel is relatively clean, although the curtains in our room were stained and the walls and carpets are showing their age. The mattress was uncomfortable. There was plenty of food for breakfast, but it's of typical institutional quality. There were always scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage, two make your own waffle stations, a few varieties of cereals, breads, muffins, donuts, and yogurt, and orange and apple juice. There was an automatic coffee machine that made terrible coffee. It's in a convenient location to Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding area, and plenty of free parking. Overall, it's a decent hotel for the price, but definitely a lower tier. "

"I booked this room for a friend. She enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable room. Mostly, however, she felt comfortable with the very friendly staff who were never too busy to answer a question or to accommodate (she uses a cane), She was traveling with her cat, which they also accommodated nicely."

"The Hilton Greensprings Resort is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Considering the number of units and people staying there, the area was quiet and well maintained. The staff was efficient, welcoming and quick to respond to requests for bedding for the fold out couch and towels. The indoor pool and fitness room were small and crowded. The outdoor pool area was not open yet for swimming due to the season, but will offer a great space for summer fun. For three retired friends on spring break, the two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a pullout couch bed in the living room provided excellent accommodations. "

"The property gave us an uncleaned room when we arrived late at night with our three children (all under 7). After complaining, we were moved to another room that was outdated and dusty. When we were ready for bed, my husband tried to set up the sofa bed, but there were no extra pillows or a comforter. We called room service twice and were told each time that someone would bring them, but no one ever came. We didn’t receive those items until the next morning—when we were already checking out. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning. "
