"Awesome staff very friendly , is shared bathrooms but they have like 3 or 4 on the same floor where I was and they were cleaned out often . Very cute comfy rooms my room had a sink too … the snacks were okay just normal bagels and coffee vending machine $1.25 sodas which isn’t bad . Over all 9/10 price of the stay was great too not expensive. "

"I enjoyed my stay, nice decor and clean room, comfortable bed, very nice hotel , beautiful decor and clean.The staff was courteous, polite and professional upon my arrival and departure.Check in and out was easy.
Breakfast was light and good , maybe there can be some more hot items. I would definitely stay at The Opera House Hotel again.

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"

"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. I would stay here again and the location is excellent but would opt for a little larger room with a larger bathroom offset from the room itself. It was very...
