"The hotel is older but the rooms are really nice. Great location right next to the subway. Staff was really nice, great gym, and the tick tock dinner is awesome. Great food!"

"Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. "Property was conveniently located to Times Square, subway, etc. but property/room was simply adequate. Furnishings were badly in need of refurbishing or replacement.
