"This property is a little older, but maintained fairly well. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice selection of goodies. We met three staff persons and they were all friendly and helpful! I love the shrimp in the aquarium! Very convenient location."

"Room was in excellent shape. Only complaint was the people on floor above us had child/children that ran around the room or jumped off the bed ALL afternoon. We finally called the front desk about 5/6 pm to complain and it stopped for a while but continued off/on till 9 pm. However, we did not recall the front desk. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful during our stay providing shuttle service and computer assistance."

"This is a good hotel for the price. They are very sweet and helpful. I feel that there is a lot of long-term residents there but it is an extended stay so that makes sense. I personally only stayed two nights and for those two nights it was very peaceful. The rooms were cleaned but they do need to update some of the windows and paint. But the AC worked great the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all six of us. All in all I would choose this over a lot of other hotels around this location."

"All in all, our stay was good. Upon arriving, we were notified the room I had reserved was unavailable due to maintenance issues caused by the previous guest. The hotel was unable to contact me because they didn't have my phone number. I'm not sure what info they receive from Expedia when bookings take place. I didn't realize they didn't have my contact info. They were able to give me another room and waived my parking fee. Upon entering that room, it was apparently dirty. I went back to the front desk and showed them pictures I had taken of the dirty room. They then offered me a king room which wasn't going to work. There were four people in our party and we needed more than one bed. The staff was nice enough to go up and clean that room for us and adjusted our charges in a fair manner. Aside from the issues at check-in, it was a nice stay and every staff member I encountered was very friendly and respectful. I understand things happen and I appreciate everything they did to accommodate us."
