"Smell of urine when we first walked up to the door to check in! Carpet in the room was so dirty and paint on it plus paint splatters on the wall… shower curtain was torn and could not get the bathwater to turn all the way off… brought us a hairdryer since there was none in the room and it would not work. I have stayed in hotels for some 30 years in this ranks is one of the worst!!"

"We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. "The elevator area has spider webs you have to get around in the doer ways to get into it. The elevator looks as though it’s never been cleaned. The walls are so thin you can hear the other people next doo whispering"

"The property was dirty and multiple people ( I couldn’t tell if they were guests or not) were always in and out of the lobby asking for money and cigarettes. I booked this property for the advertised hot tub and was informed it had been broken for a long time and didn’t sound like it’s going to be fixed any time soon. Check in took over 20 minutes as the single front desk staff member argued with a customer who had no reservation and wanted a discount on the deposit, which they were given."
