"The staff was really attentive & helpful,. Specially, after the door lock to our room was jammed & wouldn’t open. We lost an hour & 1/2 of total time, as we were pressed for time trying to get to our scheduled event for being in CT. The person in charge of the registration front desk “Liz, tried everything possible to get us back into our room, She went above and beyond to help us. She was very professional & also compensated us for the inconvenience. Inspire of this issue & the premises lacking some TLC/clean up, we would stay there again."

"I liked its close proximity to the airport and to ground public transit to connect to downtown Hartford as this saves tremendously on otherwise taxi fare. Otherwise, however, the price was too expensive, especially when one considers that it did not include breakfast or its equivalence."
