"The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but everything was fresh and good—better than I would expect from a typical three-star hotel. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location. It's only about a four-minute walk from the train station, which made arriving and departing by train incredibly convenient. It's also right on the edge of Lucerne's Old Town, making it easy to explore the historic center on foot. The room and the hotel overall were clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a great value for the location."

"Best customer service ever!! This hotel is excellent. We enjoyed the free paddleboats and the free bus tickets to explore. We also untilized the game room and restaurant. But the best news, the VIEW and the ROOMS. AMAZING!"

"My husband and I only stayed one night at Beau Sejour but we could have stayed much longer and wished we had booked more nights! The staff is so friendly. The location is away from the major touristy area but has the most beautiful of the lake from the front facing rooms. We got a balcony room and enjoyed every second of it. The room was well equipped and we loved the unique wallpapers. Everything had a tasteful historic but updated modern vibe. The portable air conditioners are an absolute lifesaver during the summer heat waves. There are black out curtains and the rooms are so quiet, we had an amazing night's sleep. The bus stop is a short walk away to take you to and from the shopping areas and train station. There is a beautiful park and lakeside promenade across the street. We also enjoyed swimming in the lake during the warm weather, there are many access points to get in the water right near the park. We would love to come back to Beau Sejour again."

"What a great boutique hotel - we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff is super friendly and eager to please - everytjing we asked for was provided with service-oriented approach. The room was lovely and elegant, and the breakfast was diversified and tasty. Great hotel, and they deserve no less than 5 stars."

"Our whole experience at the Blu was great. To our fave waiter each evening making one of his signature drink we named Swiss Sunset to the staff helping us with our ice fixation and switching out towels. Everyone was so accommodating not to mention it smells amazing when you walk in and not like a musty hotel. It’s so close to tours and the train station and the nice hot shower with lots of water pressure was nice after a long day. The fridge was great for a stash of drinks and chocolates. Would stay there again for sure! The Lion Monument and Chappel bridge is walking distance -"

"The Chateau was beautiful inside and out! We had a room on the second floor with sweeping views of the city and the lake, from both our front window and a small balcony on the lake-side of the building. The views were unbelievable! We had breakfast on the Terrance the next morning, with the same beautiful views! The funicular was not working due to a thunderstorm the day before we arrived, so we were bummed about not being able to access the property with that, but there was a shuttle van from the hotel that transported us both directions as needed, which was nice. The drivers of the shuttle were very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff at the hotel. It was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Get a room with a view! It’ll be worth it!"
