The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The location is quite good as it's just a short drive to Langenthal centre where there is shops and restaurants.
The only negative was the bed given was a kingsize bed however, the duvet cover was only a double. This had placed it so it appeared to cover the width of the bed but was too short to cover my myself from head to foot. I turned the cover around the correct way but this didn't then cover all...

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small!
Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.
