"Check In staff were fine. Got to room, found old stinky food in refer-notified front desk, was told keep door closed and they would have housekeeping address, no one ever did, next day on check out-reply was "sorry-that's unacceptable-I'll let housekeeping supervisor know about it", nothing else, found a white comb in the bathroom sink with hair on the comb when we came into room-alerted front desk at same time as food-same story-same response. Hot tub, pool, several outdoor fireplaces were great and nice touches, Breakfast-standard hotel breakfast-nothing special except for coffee was actually very good-only standout in otherwise standard hotel industry fare. King mattress had several springs poking into back all night and mattress was rock hard-definitely not restful I booked this because of the reviews-BIG mistake-VERY Disappointed, just average hotel. Close to downtown-about 3 blocks-definitely walk able"

"The staff was awesome! Very friendly, and professional. The facility is very dated which does mean bad as long as it's clean. On the suface it was clean, but since they have wooden floors, they need more than a broom. Swiffer would be better. Walking barefoot, your feet pick up the grit on the floors. The ceiling fan light in our unit does not turn off unless you turn off the fan. Definitely an electrical problem. The light glows like a night light when off. The shower head was loose and flipping under pressure. The cold water valve was falling off. We started to run out of hot water both at night and in the morning. Luckily we didn't need cold water to cool off the hot water. The place has a few problems that can be easily fixed. One issue was the lack of electrical outlets in our room. Just one usable outlet in the room. I had a surge protector strip with me so we made do okay. Not sure that I'd go back. Definitely not due to the staff. One plus is that we had covered parking for our unit. "

"Stayed with family, staff is super friendly, our room was basic but nice and clean. Loved that the had a coffee machine with may options like Latte and Cappucino, plain, decaf etc, every hotel should have one! Could use a bit of updating but not much I can complain on. Would stay again"

"They have no maintenance on staff at night. Before you unpack make sure your room is acceptable because they may offer to make an adjustment to the bill when they can’t fix your issue and then tell you they won’t because they made you an offer to move your room. After a long drive and unpacking, moving felt difficult. "

"I would not recommend this Hotel. They are struggling to provide amenities and they let kids run up and down the halls late at night. Will not stay here again "
