"The bed was very comfortable. That is the best part of my stay. I was only going to sleep there anyway so I was there for less than 10 hours. The room was clean enough, but I had a problem that there were missing light bulbs from the lamps in the room. Fortunately, one worked and that was enough to get into bed. There was some kind of Kink convention going on and I was happy that the walls were thick or that they were away from my room. The drawers of the night stand could not stay shut and I banged my shin into it a couple of times. There was no hairdryer in the room so that was a disappointment but I couldn’t stay to rectify that. I did call the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know, so hopefully the next person staying there will have lightbulbs and a hairdryer. The room was old and the walls had stains. Not the best stay, but I slept well."

"Yes. All was wonderful part from one thing. I'm a single mom on disability and I never get to go anywhere or do anything and my friend gave me some money to go take my son to a concert of his favorite band because he does all the housework and never asks for anything. We drove up from Bakersfield because we had to drive to a venue that allows 18+. I booked through Hotels.com and I'm sure it was in the fine print which no one reads but PLEASE PUT A NOTICE BIG THAT YOU ARE GOING TO HOLD 150 DOLLARS ! We almost did not have enough gas to get home and it caused me SO MUCH STRESS! I won't even gross you out what it did to my body but to say I'm angry is an understatement! THEN YOU HOLD IT! You say it's the bank but I know that money is in your coffers collecting interest and I hope someone sues the hotels right out from under you one day!! I'm sure you are going to tell yourself it's standard practice but it's unreasonable to hold it for 3-5 business days it's SO SO SO wrong to do to people who are struggling financially, which who isn't right now? The terrible thing is, is just like all corporates, you have enough customers to pay your stupid fees and hold up their money, or they have a credit card which again is not usually struggling people. So I guess maybe you just don't want the 'useless eaters' staying at your establishment. If you are going to keep this practice, I hope you at least post it where people booking can easily see and not be caught off guard by your 'policies'!"

"Breakfast was very limited. Rooms were clean. Parking was good. Overpriced."

"The sheets and floors were dirty. There were roaches running around in the room. We notified the front desk staff about it when we checked in however they did not do anything. We were so tired when we checked in so we just stayed the night and left the next morning and asked for a full refund. We only received refund of the night we didn’t stay even though we asked for full refund. Hotel charged over $290 for one night which is not correct amount we need to get this refunded ASAP In this hotel needs to keep the room a lot more cleaner so people can stay."

"There were 2 bugs in my room - I’m assuming from with the crack in the door or from around the wall AC unit. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but ok. No hand soap. The noise from the other rooms was loud enough and constant. Biggest complaint is that one of the entrances to the parking lot had no light on it and there is a pretty decent curb in the middle that I didn’t see and ran into - not cool at all. Obviously many others have hit it too because it was clearly not the first time it has been hit. The pictures I am adding are with my flash on with low light settings because you can’t see it from the road. Didn’t have breakfast there. AC kept the room cool."

"This was the first time in a year of staying here for work travels that i had a problem. Hopefully it's a isolated case and it wont happen again. At about 12:45 AM the fire alarm went off for about 10 min. No smoke in the hallways and nobody was leaving the rooms. So i just went back to bed. Then about 6:15 AM the fire alarm went off again, but this time only for a few min."

"Convenient, clean and great amenities. The only compliant was the hot tub was not working but the pool was nice! Starbucks onsite and a bar. Would definitely stay again"
