"Front desk was amazingly unresponsive to our requests - they did not follow through until we bothered them enough. Issues were: 1) 3 PM check in came and went while we were waiting in the lobby starting at 2:30 PM. We needed to ask again whether the room was ready when it was 3 PM. The answer was "I do not know; housekeeping didn't get back to me". Another man at the front desk did follow through and we got into our room at 3 PM. 2) Bed creaked every time we moved. "The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"
