"The property was in need of updating and repairs. The halls smelled of pet urine and there was a dirty diaper in the hall to greet us when we came off the elevator. I woke up at 4am with flea bites on my ankles. The room did not have hot water, we didn’t shower. There were dogs EVERYWHERE and it was clear that people lived at the hotel with their family and pets. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, dirty, and was clearly a space for residents living there.
