"In general I was satisfied with the service at the reception desk and my room: there was no bed bugs, no smell of smoke or cleaning chemicals, I wanted bath tub with hot water -that’s all I needed. Cannot give 5 stars cause the room needs to be repaired (lots of small scratches, patches, holes, cracks around, needs fresh painting) and I had someone’s old dirty towel hanging on the door when I checked in. "

"I was shocked once I stepped inside of room. It was clean, but the small refrigerator was dirty, very basic room, no remote for tv, toilet leak at bottom of base, and would never ever recommend anyone to stay there! Staff was professional and attentive. "
