"The hotel is very close to the airport and that’s a big plus. Also the bed was comfortable and the bathroom appeared clean but from the moment you go through the main door of the hotel you can tell that it needs some heavy renovations. Elevator, walls and floors in common areas require repairs and deep cleaning. I’m glad we left very early,"

"Incase nobody tells you, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING! Nobody told me and now I have parking tickets to pay. I pay for the room and amenities but apparently parking is not one of them. The room was sub par and kind of dirty. You can tell they don’t clean with doors shut because behind them was lint, hair and crumbs from the previous clients. The shower also had hair all over the walls. It was an act of congress to get anything cleaned, fresh towels or a properly working AC."

"We liked the proximity to I-95, restaurants and shopping at the outlets which came in handy for a last minute purchase. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that the breakfast was lacking. Not a very big selection of foods and the coffee was watery. Otherwise, it ‘s a good place to stay."

"It was very late when I had to book my stay there because of a storm and my son’s plane being late the front desk was very helpful and making sure that I knew to call and everything for my son shuttle. The room was very clean and the pillows were comfortable. It was a very good price for the room and the front desk service was phenomenal. I think I showed up for my day at 9:20 PM and he helped me get in my room fast and I was good to go."

"The experience was just terrible! I drove 10 hrs and I wanted to sleep because the next day I was about to drive 9hrs north but at 4:30am the fire alarm was triggered and no one came to inform us that there is no fire just a sensor failed and triggered the alarm. Everybody was waiting for any info but to get it you had to go downstairs! Terrible hotel - no more booking there."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area around **9:30 a.m.**, and there was very little food available. It would have been nice if the breakfast items had been restocked through the end of the breakfast service so that guests arriving later could still enjoy...

"I love the aesthetics of the property and the beautiful reception each evening. I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe."

"Great stay. Needed a last minute place for a couple of days and cant complain. Staff was helpful, place was clean. For the price I payed I expected the typical cigarette smelling, semi dirty place; this was not. It was as nice and clean as advertised. Will recommend to anybody looking for a quiet place to just relax for a few days."
