Willowbrook hotel guide. OYO Rooms hotel in Willowbrook, Houston

Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, rooms are an excellent size. Friendly staff and plenty to do in the local area.

Staff service excellent. Property slightly tired and needs a freshen up but space in room excellent

The room was very large and comfortable The amenities in the room were very good. Staff were friendly and the environment nice. I would stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean and breakfast was great value. Very handy for shopping at Willowbrook Mall and close to restaurants

Great location beside the mall and several good restaurants as well as other entertainment. The hotel rooms are a bit dated. There is no overhead light just multiple lamps. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was open. We did enjoy breakfast this stay. We decided to stay here before flying out if IAH. It is close enough to arrive on time for our flight. Thanks for hosting us.

iT WAS NICE & PLEASANT STAY, HOWEVER THERE ARE NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT & CANT WALK AROUND HOTEL. DINING OPTION PROVIDED WOULD BE GREAT.

Super. Everybody friendly and helpful.

Great service. Friendly and helpful staff.

Really nice

We stayed from the UK march 12th - 28th. Wonderful hotel, staff were amazing and kind. Easy highway access. Visiting family. Breakfast was great. Kitchen staff thumbs up and thank you for the yogurts. Recommend to all. When we visit again we shall stay here. Thank you all at holiday inn express.

Room and service as expected

Just what we were looking for, comfy bed, clean, quiet, decent breakfast, attentive staff and just next door to an outlet mall. One thing you do need to be aware of however, the shower is extremely slippery! Something I found out about to my cost, I went over in the shower injuring my foot. Thankfully it wasn’t broken as confirmed by X-ray but still badly bruised and swollen. You have been warned!

Me and wife stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon from England. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. Main things to mention, the staff are incredibly friendly, the food and service at the restaurant were excellent - we opted for breakfast add on and very glad we did as it was wonderful. The rooms are super clean and spacious, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is a little way from downtown or other tourist areas but that was preferable for us, we rented a car...

Very clean, spacious and well equipped.

This was only a quick stop-over but room spotless, bed comfy and staff were great, complimentary breakfast as well.
