"Arriving to Fairfield we were greeted with nice enough hospitality but there were three people located in the front chatting with the manager. While walking in they looked at my fiancé and I. I thought nothing of it and went to go park my truck extremely quick while my fiancé had our luggage heading to our designated room. In that short amount of time I was gone which was around a minute the young man was trying to talk to my fiancé. My fiancé of course did not respond to these flirtation...

"I had a 4 night stay. I did not know the maid service was on the third day, I left my shower toiletries in the shower. They took my toiletries. Not a big deal. Feel like they should know if the tenant is still there. "

"The breakfast was good, the AC did not work I brought this to the attention of the worker and she informed me that they were fully booked and couldn’t change me rooms. It was 1am and we could not leave and take our children to a different hotel at that time. I let the man know when checking out and he told me that he would let the GM (Patrick) know and they would reach out to me. It is now Wednesday and have had no calls from anyone. "

"Susan that checked us in was awesome, we were staying 4 nights, asked for every other day cleaning. Checked in on a Sunday so expected cleaning on Tuesday, didn’t get it, so we went and had to ask for towels when we returned that evening, which the staff at the desk were very apologetic. They did come in and clean Wednesday but we were leaving Thursday. The bathtub filled up with water while taking a shower, not sure if it had a slow drain or it was actually plugged. The beds were not...

"The grass was a foot high outside. The ice machine and numerous elevators were broken. The bathroom light did not work in my room. The carpet was torn and damaged in my room. The entire building was deteriorating."

"My second stay within 2 weeks. Still no regular roast coffee (brought my own this time), floor in the room still sticky, this time the TV lost connection in the evening and never came back on through the morning. As always, the staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location with so many places to dine and shop. The area surrounding the hotel is well groomed and I always feel safe there. The price is very reasonable. I will book again here. "
