"The room did not have a working phone. ? Of why there was a shower cap over the smoke detector. Maintenance did respond to the issues after the 2 nd time we asked! Took the cap off the smoke detector but phone was not fixed. Housekeeping did not make the beds between days. No trash done in our room. We reported this to front desk on our way out!"

"This place is a cut above.The room was well furnished ,bed and bedding great,room spacious with a nice sofa and tables.The location is very conducive for walking .Parking is a added cost but your car is sheltered.The staff there was gracious and helpful."

"Cheap place to stay on a budget the room we stayed in the power flickered on and off constantly like the lights would stay on then turn off by them selves for several minutes then come back on the TV worked for 15 minutes of us checking in to just completely freezing and was unable to turn tv off by remote control shower had great water pressure mattress are comfortable enough though sheets and blankets are thin as paper.... There are some extended stay people who live here I assume so there are dogs that can be noisy and bark hours of the night parking is very slim at night if u arrive late .... this is an older motel so nothing is new but for cheap stay or want to save some money this is the place ... there are some interesting company that hangs around but to be fair if you know wilmington this is market st not the rich side of town so its to be expected but there are genuine people here also overall not bad place to stay for the price just rooms need little tlc in my opinion"

"Check in was easy and quick. Room was nice and modern, with hardwood floors, definitely a big improvement over grungy carpet. Bed was very comf, and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was good, nothing special but definitely substantial enough to start off your day. All around good experience, would definitely stay again when in the area."
