OK look, you get what you pay for. And this place is cheap. Pros: The neighborhood. If you're worried about safety, this is a good pick. Its in a sparsly populated part of town with no foot traffic but commercial services are close by. Cons: Poorly maintained. I had an electrical short in my bathroom, my office chair was so nastly I didnt even use it, and the carpet felt damp and sticky. Would I come back? I'd probably look around for better options, but if price was my top priority, yeah, I'd probably go back.

My stay was long and the housekeeping staff was terrible. The trash cans were small so I had extra bags of trash in my room. They would come empty the trash can but leave the other bags of trash. Leave clean towels but not clean sheets. Never vacuumed and you could CLEARLY see the floor needed to be vacuumed. The lady at the front desk was very nice ,polite and helpful.

The room was WAY outdated. Paint pealing, Toilet seat was loose, Phone did not work, had to unplug the fridge to plug in the microwave, furniture looked like it came from good will. They left the pool uncovered which was green and disgusting. Whoever is in charge of maintenance should be fired today. Good: Staff was friendly, Our beds were clean and comfortable, Applebee's right next door, 5 miles from UDEL.

Good Location

It is located in a great spot. It is close to Delaware Park Casino and the Christiana Mall. It is always clean and we have stayed a few times.

First room smelled of smoke, staff promptly gave me a new room…had a musty odor but was tolerable. Price was right but room was noticeably old with some stains on the couch. Maid service was prompt each day and made the bed even after I told them I didn’t need anything that day.

The check in itself was very easy , the ladies at the front desk was very nice and respectful. The room was nice and clean for the most part. The bathroom could’ve used a little more TLC. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the TV worked and had good channels. There is a microwave in the room but I didn’t have use for it so idk if it worked or not. The refrigerator doesn’t not get as cold as it should. Other than that the room was perfect. The inconvenience I had was the steps being “out of order”. I had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel to get to the steps when there is steps right outside my room that was “out of order”. Beautiful , peaceful stay and will stay again if ever need be.

Property was expected for price. Check-in was great. Had to wear socks or shoes in room due to dirty carpet & felt damp. Comfy bed. Rod to hangup clothes was in bathroom. Noise outside but could have been from non-guests. Needed room for early appointment at Christiana Care.

Was an Ok stay. Bed was comfortable, television had a variety of good channels. Breakfast was in a paperbag, so I didn't bother to get it, killed a couple of roaches, that was basically it. Won't be staying here again.

Close to main roads but did not hear traffic. Broken ice dispenser first floor. Broken juice dispenser at breakfast. Lumpy bed pillows need to be replaced. Tiny breakfast area with no tables and chairs. Close to a number of restaurants. Stained sofa. Room was a nice size, and included refrigerator and microwave, which is one reason we chose it. Desk chair needs to be replaced. More towels stocked in room would have been helpful.

Great Service, Old Rooms

Service was excellent, friendly and accommodating, trying their best in an uphill battle. But the rooms are falling apart. Half my lights didn't work, fixtures were falling off the shower, a toilet that I flushed kept going all night.

Pick up car trip

Arrived at the motel at 1 AM due to delayed transportation check in was at a side window being a single person. I was a little uncomfortable that the lobby wasn’t open. No real breakfast as advertised the bed was comfortable. Checking out my Lyft ride was waiting. The lady was on the phone. I just turned in my keys and had to go. The rooms could use a update and new curtains
