SAFETY WARNING. This is in a very bad area and houses the homeless in some of the rooms. The first thing we ran into was a family that pretty much lived out of their car sitting in lawn chairs across parking spots. If that wasn't bad enough, TWO spotters were watching the cars come in and making sure it wasn't cops for the obvious drug dealers a little farther back sitting in a white Escalade with blacked out windows. This is not uncommon for this hotel (look up the meth lab bust a little while back). The parking lot is surrounded by very high privacy bushes and it would be very easy to get away with just about anything they wanted there. A solo guy may be ok of he keeps to himself, but for the love of gawd, DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. I turned right around and left. You are safer sleeping in your car on the side of a freeway with no shoulder.

I would not recommend this place. The kitchen was tiny without utensils. The room only had a bed. No chairs or table. Breakfast was absolutely a joke. Coffee, packaged granola bar and muffin. It was too go only. No chairs. It's the only hotel without an ice machine. The hotel needed a good cleaning. Please do NOT stay at this place.

I'm amazed how the outside looks clean and nice but the inside is unbelievable there are bugs in the bathroom, the main keeping of the room is outdated if it was well kept it would be nice. There are one or two front desk workers that are nice but the weed smell is crazy in the hallways, police stay coming here so just be aware of your sourounding

This is the worst ever hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Me and my family stayed for just 1 day and was terrified. What a pathetic hotel this is…very unhealthful, smells like dope through out the hotel and the room was so dirty, kitchen amenities and bathroom was broke and dirty. Linens was never washed..While sleeping we were constantly getting the dope smell from outside and through out the night. Looks like someone was smoking at outside at the lobby…I booked based on the name thinking it is a family hotel but god it was a s**t hole. NEVER EVER THINK OF STAYING IN THIS HOTEL

This has to be the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was not clean. I have photographs which show that the room clearly had not been touched in weeks. When we got to the hotel, we were told our room was ready, clearly it was not. They gave us our first room, and there was still dishes in the sink, food out, sheets and towels everywhere, we went back to the front desk and said that the room had not been cleaned. They gave us another room, this one clearly just had new sheets, but the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was dirt everywhere. I especially like the wad of gum in the corner of the bathtub. There was fecal matter in the toilet and that clearly proved it had not been cleaned. There was hardened toothpaste on the sink. The refrigerator had dirt and grime all through it, and dirt on the floor in front of it. The microwave had what looked like chicken stuck to the size and that clearly had not and touched. The floor had not vacuumed as there were leaves all over my side of the bed and grime everywhere. To say that it was disgusting would be an understatement. We were in town for my son’s college graduation, and I had booked this room far in advance after seeing lovely photographs online. Clearly the photos and what we experienced were not the same. Additionally, there was dust everywhere, a stain on the carpet that I couldn’t tell if it was blood or wine. That’s a sampling of what we experienced for three days, we will never come here again.

This stay was awful. I booked and paid for a room with a king size bed and sofa bed....enough to accommodate our family. Upon checking in at 11 15pm I was given a room with one bed. I questioned this and was told that they did not have the other rooms left. As a result there was not enough room for us to sleep. We couldn't go elsewhere due to the time. The manager discounted the room however I am demanding it be totally refunded. I was told they won't since we actually stayed in the room. People couldn't sleep due to not enough beds. Terrible service. I will be posting reviews everywhere and making multiple calls until this is taken care of.

I got my money back because this Extended Stay was unfortunately disgusting. reeked of cigarette smoke, even in my non-smoking room. elevator was sketchy and would drop a couple inches after reaching a floor. the front desk staff was lovely and processed my refund without issue.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. The room was not clean when I arrived, which immediately set a bad tone for the stay. To make matters worse, there were no towels provided, so I had to go out of my way just to get basic necessities. Also the majority of the outlets did not work ! The biggest issue, however, was seeing roaches in the room. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority for any hotel, and this place clearly fell short. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.
