I'd look elsewhere. Not filthy, but definitely not clean. Booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds each, but staff told us one wasn't available, so we were put into a room with a king. No apology, no refund, nothing. Staff was basically like "Get over it, we're crowded." Continental breakfast was a joke: bad coffee and granola bars.

The staff was very kind. The room & kitchen was clean. I didn’t make it to breakfast but next time I will. The location of the hotel had easy access to shopping, food, and able to get on & off the freeway with ease

My stay at this Newark, Delaware, location was extremely disappointing. Although the property looks well maintained from the outside, the conditions inside did not match that impression. The hallway smelled strongly of pet urine. When we arrived, the room was dirty enough that we cleaned it ourselves. Housekeeping did not clean the room during our stay. We also cleaned a dark buildup inside the air-conditioning unit that appeared to be mold. A chair in the room appeared moldy as well; housekeeping removed it, but it was never replaced. The kitchen was advertised as fully functioning with a stove, but it had a hot plate and no oven. The microwave was rusted inside, and water leaked from the bathroom ceiling into the tub. When we needed help, staff were often unavailable at the front desk. A monthly stay cost approximately $2,620. At that price, guests should be able to expect a clean, safe, properly maintained room and responsive service. I was especially troubled by the conditions because some guests may have limited housing options and need a reliable place to stay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I got my money back because this Extended Stay was unfortunately disgusting. reeked of cigarette smoke, even in my non-smoking room. elevator was sketchy and would drop a couple inches after reaching a floor. the front desk staff was lovely and processed my refund without issue.

Room was clean. Front desk staff friendly. Only thing is I had a bag of trash so I set it outside my door when housekeeping came knocking on my door she asked me was that my trash then told me to take it to trash room. I never as a guest had to take my trash to the dumpster. And she was not friendly about it my housekeeper was not friendly

Good bed, great shower, noisy hallways

The room was missing a remote control for the TV. Grab and go breakfast was to be available from 6 - 930. The only thing available at 730 was coffee. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I left the TV on for background noise because I was on the 1st floor near the lobby, so the hallways were kind of noisy. The shower was great. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

The propertyis located in a nice corporate location. We arrived, I was disappointed!! People were living here! It was filthy! The room was dingy and greasy looking! Omg the toilet was not cleaned!! I opened the end table drawer and there were bedbug spots!! Do not stay here! We left so fast!!

This is an odd review. The staff were fantastic. Checkin was smooth and friendly. Unfortunatly, the bed may have had "bedbugs." I am not an exterminator or an entomologist but that would be my guess. We left the room in the middle of the night. When I called about my issue the next day, the staff was fantastic again. They did not give me a hard time and issued a refund. Maybe this was a rare occurance for this hotel but the room was average, the bed was NOT clean, and the staff were excellent. Good luck if you decide to give it a try.
