The room was gigantic and clean, the only thing ( and I usually don’t care about this) was that I had no shampoo or body wash etc and that was pretty lacking in the room. But 10/10 would totally stay here again! Very cheap for the quality, it was great!

This hotel has very limited TV service with no menu or guide. Appears to be a flop house for low income population. Couples fighting in the hall. Pit bulls and assortment of large aggressive dogs in the hall all night long. Clean. Friendly staff, but like living in a horrible inner city slum.

It was comfortable clean spacious. Just the wifi signals was weak for gamming consoles and laptops. The air conditioning and heat wasnt noisy. Slept peaceful

Unpleasant Odors in Rooms and on the Hallways . Nice clean scents are a big plus factor in the overall image of a 1 to 4 star hotel property. These shouldn't be a budget buster since home perfumes and air fresheners aren't that expensive at all.

Do not stay here!! Me and my husband needed a place to stay due to a furnace problem in our home. We have a dog so this hotel was perfect. Upon checkin in I noticed we had 2 facecloths and 2 bath towels. We were staying for at least 2 nights. I asked the front desk and she told me housekepping would drop some off. Then next day I asked again as no one came. We were told they were in the laundry. What??? I asked 2 more times thru the day as someone took our original towels and trash. At 3pm I went to front desk and asked for towels. I was asked if I returned the original towels as they dont have them. I reminded her someone took then and she said they had to "check the cameras". I left, went to Walmart and purchased towels for us. Around 4pm someone knocked on my door and asked if we needed towels. This was after I called corporate who took my complaint and after calling the hotel and telling me that noone at the hotel was authorized to give us a set of towels. I have never had to ask multiple times for basic towels. Next, the residents were so noisey all day and night. Kids screaming and running down the hall at 3am. Someones tv was on 100 at 2am and they were yelling at one another while talking. I got no sleep and was told today that my repair is scheduled for Wednesday and I have located to another hotel until then.

Property had no working pool like the site stated. No onsite restaurant, no infant cots or cribs. Everything was old and rusted and the motel stank so bad. Tried to turn the heat on and it started smoking. Heated up my food and the glass plate in the microwave shattered. No amount of money makes these conditions ok. Staff was respectful. Property needs major updating.

The property is not what it used to be.

We've stayed at this location numerous times before it changed over to Red Roof Inn and it was always very nice. The past few years it has really gone downhill. Several angry customers in the lobby when we arrived. Problems with programming the room keys. We'll be staying elsewhere next time.
