"Very quaint property with nice layout & grounds. Nice restaurant, Krazy Kat’s onsite. Room accommodations were great; fireplace, large sitting area, sunken tub, shower, towel heating rack, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator & Keurig all in room. We will definitely be back!"

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"I booked a solo trip here for my 22nd Birthday, 3 nights. Everything was amazing. My deluxe room was clean & spotless. The view was immaculate . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I even called down to the front desk so someone could zip my dress up for my dinner & She came immediately and helped. The outdoor pool was clean and nice. The designs and interior did it for me. I love the blackout curtains & moody style it gave. The only thing I disliked was no microwaves :( lol . 10/10...

"We had a 7th floor room with a balcony with a view of Logan square. It was wonderful. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the museums but with easy access to the rest of the city. Walkable from city hall. "

"Standard rooms are very small, which is understandable, but noise transmission is terrible. A group of females had a mini party in the hallway on the 25th floor and they. were. loud. Separately, I heard some footsteps from the floor above. Room service was mediocre. The delivery person turned cold the second he realized that I didn't give EXTRA tip above the 20% that was already charged on the bill. Overall, not a super pleasant experience."
