"This is absolutely a First Class Hotel. From the moment we checked in at the front desk, greeted by a very professional young man Preston to the time we checked out everything was perfect!!!! "We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. "
