"This seemed like a nice hotel with a lot of room choices. It was a bit of a maze. The staff were very good and helpful. Some of the food was way over priced. I ordered the butterfly chicken breast, which was £19.95 and all that turned up was a chicken breast, a small portion of warm fries, 1/2 a tomato and 1/2 a charred onion. A bigger bowl of chips on the menu was £5.95, making the chicken, tomato and onion £15! The staff were very good however and understood. They sorted me out a replacement meal. They admitted that they often felt embarrased when they deliver food to customers as they know it's not very good value for money. I blame the hotel chain for setting the prices and I know there isn't much the staff can do about it. As I say, they were very good with handling and resolving my complaint."

"Very dated with chipped paint in room, uncomfortable bed. No plugs near bed, no tissues in room. The checkin area looked good- it deteriorated as soon as you went up to the 2nd floor! Swimming pool closed after 4pm so no use to people working"

"I was very pleased with my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and very charming. The house was wonderful. It had plenty of space, a beautiful kitchen, and very comfortable bedrooms. The house was very clean. The owner was very helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place."
