"Staff was lovely. We woke up to lots of snow and the concierge had a leaf blower out to clear everyone’s cars! Only downside of the stay was that there wasn’t really housekeeping. They did not make the bed for our 2nd night and they took the dirty towels but didn’t leave any new ones. Had to get some from the front desk. "

"Only downside was that we asked about a 2 hour late check out, and they wanted to charge us $45. It was obvious from the parking lot that they were not busy, and this was, to me, an insult! Otherwise wonderful. Grumble, grumble."

"I called and spoke with Jackie at the front desk. I had a funeral to attend and needed to get in early to get ready. When I arrived she had everything ready for me. Very nice and great service . The hotel and room is very clean and the holiday decorations gave it a very welcoming feel. "

"I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo/Amherst/University for 8 days and 7 nights. The weekend nights were a little loud with kids roaming the halls late into the night, but this is not uncommon at most hotels, and I have great earplugs for sleep. I did not have the breakfast once while I was there, so I cannot review it. The parking was great, and I was able to park very close to the hotel the entire week.
