"Loved that the hotel was newish, clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Front desk was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious the one day we had it there.
Now the negative- small things really but noticeable. The Standard room felt a little cramped for two people, the closet/storage space was too small for 2 bags and the bathrooms didn't have sufficient hooks/rods for 2 towels to dry. Housekeeping was a hit and miss, texted them for towels in the morning and they didn't come, had to again call in the evening. When they did the room, somehow they missed taking the old set of towels lying on the floor, so then we had to keep them out the next day. Neighborhood just a few blocks away was overrun with homeless people shooting up, of course that's not the hotel's fault."
