"The outside does not match the inside. The renovations in the rooms make your stay seem less Motelish and more Hotelish.. Room was large and spacious. Only complaint, small but notable, the metal frame around the base of the bed was quite noisy. Just stepping up to the bed you kicked it and it is LOUD, , hard to avoid. The room was clean and had a nice feel to it..."

"Staff members were very courteous. The only issue (which was promptly resolved by engineering) was a malfunctioning air conditioner that made the first night a bit uncomfortable and hot. There was an odor in the room that we think was possibly connected to the air conditioner? The smell went away on day two after the air conditioner was assessed and repaired by the engineer."

"The room was spotless and quite comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was good. It was very close to the major sights: the waterfront and old downtown, Capital building, art gallery, Stanford Mansion. I would not hesitate to say here again."

"The pool was supper dirty, the Jacuzzi was also looking really dirty and not in service. It looks like it had a mold.. I was disappointed because the only reason I booked the stay was to have a relaxing day enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi. Not to mention there was a couple with the same reason as me, he even got the net to clean the pool himself, but once we saw the bottom was dirty too he went to make a complained. Also I didn’t like the fact the rooms were across the lobby , you had to walk trough the parking lot to get to your room It was a total waste of money and my day. I reached out to the manager to complain, but it’s been two days and I have not gotten a call back.. A sign should have been posted to let people know jacuzzi it’s out of service."
