"Everything was lovely. The room was a standard room, but very nice, clean, with everything you could want and well laid out. The hotel has a lovely feel, very calm and peaceful and relaxing. Upmarket, but in a nice way, where you feel at ease and comfortable. Staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble, extra pillows, towels etc. if you need them. I asked for non-feather pillows/bedding, which was done with no problems. The pool and sauna were lovely, with excellent opening times. The restaurant...

The hotel advertises amenities that simply weren’t available there was no sauna as expected, and the jacuzzi, which is clearly listed, wasn’t even functioning. It felt misleading and poorly managed. To make matters worse, I couldn’t sleep because music was blasting at 2am. I called reception and, to be fair, it was eventually sorted, but it completely disrupted the night. "Everything was excellent just couple of things could be better. 1. Room to have extra sockets next to bed there is no USBC so you want to charge with the plug and is far far from bed. 2) everything at breakfast is good but could some more variety for fruits especially for vegetarians there isn’t much options. Otherwise all excellent."

"Lovely room, although the bathroom smelt a bit damp. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast 5 stars for the chef and waiting staff. I used the pool which was lovely too, although the floor in the ladies changing room was dirty and a bit slippery. Sauna was nice - would definitely book again."
