"Sage Hotel Wollongong is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, largely because of the five-star customer service. The staff were fantastic—welcoming, friendly and always happy to help.
The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spacious and clean, with amazing views, and the beach is right next door. It’s also an easy walk to plenty of cafés and restaurants.
The buffet breakfast offered was great. Good variety and range of options. Yummy breakfast!
I’d definitely recommend Sage Hotel...

"Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately, the service I received from the reception team was not helpful or welcoming at all. I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help.
The reception team is the first point of contact for guests, so I believe good communication and customer service are extremely important. Sadly, this was not my experience. The attitude...

The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end.
