The hotel may not have the infrastructure of a four star hotel but the service is definitely there. Rates are also in little high for the country but affordable. It would be nice if they provided more TV channels and upgraded some of the decor."

"The internet was a little slow and dropped out every now and then. Not suitable for uploads, but overall it wasn't too bad compared to other places in Namibia. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the aircon worked well."

"The staff were so helpful and organised a quick local tour for us as we were only briefly in Windhoek. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner was very elegant but rather ‘haute cuisine’ great for a celebration meal - we enjoyed our plates but prefer to have some more simple dishes on the menu."
