The hotel was great. The staff are wonderful. They are very friendly. The concierge could not do enough for me. The food is excellent. And the rooftop bar/restaurant is fantastic. But there is little to do in Windhoekitself. I had to take trips to the various areas of interest. If you’re going to go to Windhoek, sign up for a group tours ahead of time. I had to hire individual drivers since the group tour were all booked up.

The floor is in the hotel room was dirty and stained as was the shower. Unfortunately some parts of the hotel smelled horribly like sewage. The hotel is located in a good area and within walking distance to most attractions, but you will need to take a taxi to get to the better restaurants. The breakfast was great. Expedia lists this property as including/having parking however, the only parking option was a nearby hotel, which charged an hourly rate for parking. While, the staff was generally pleasant, we had accidentally left some items in our room. After several phone calls, We were told that nothing was found, but when we went to the hotel in person, they were able to find the items. Overall there are probably better hotels that you can stay at for the money.

Overpriced for what you get

Older Hilton hotel which is ok for a night, but you can’t expect much. The service is rather slow and there is a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Not worth more then 100 Dollars a night.

Booked a room for 3 and ended up with 1 kingsize bed that we were supposed to share. Really bad service at the desk, the staff didn’t even bother to say Hi to us when we arrived. We did not feel welcome at all. Cancelled our booking and found another accomodation.

Très bien accueilli par le personnel, chambre pourrait être plus propre , le fauteuil était taché et ne de donnait pas envie du tout de s’y asseoir. Je ne recommande pas le buffet du moisi, ça ne vaut pas le prix. Par contre pour le dîner côté bar notre repas était très bon. Si vous êtes de passage une journée ça convient mais sans plus. Belle diversité au buffet du matin et très bon aussi.
