"Everything was great…except for the fact that I didn’t sleep a wink all night. There was a college sports team staying the same night that we did and they were so loud, seemingly having a party the entire night. I’m not sure if they were on the same floor as us or above us, but I could plainly hear everything they were saying, yelling, singing, etc. I understand that hotels probably make more money when they’re able to book blocks of rooms to schools like this, but some consideration should be...

"It was a clean, quiet room and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear the interstate, which was a nice surprise considering the close proximity. Our only complaint was that the ice machine had dirty looking ice...but we did report it. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool & hot tub, and missed breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels that we've stayed at."

"It was a very bad experience. When my girlfriend and I checked into our jacuzzi room we were excited to use the jacuzzi. We did get in pretty late about 9pm but figured we'd have plenty of time to relax before going to bed, we were wrong. After filling up the jacuzzi tub we tried the jets over and over with no luck. I went down to tell staff at the front desk because he wasn't answering my phone calls. He was on the phone with someone sounded like his girlfriend. He stated that the room...

"Shortly after booking I received a text inviting me to checkin online to save time- which I did. This included uploading a pic of my drivers license, vehicle plates and payment info. When I arrived, instead of picking up my room keys, check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable, with the male attendant insisting on showing me the room prior to checkin. He expected me to go inside with him and have a look around. The elevators weren't working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs....

"Older, but very pretty property! Rooms clean aside from the pizza left in the fridge from a previous guest. At the time of check in the front desk agent gave very poor directions to our room, was not friendly what so ever, and when we could not find our room she proceeded to tell us "well I gave you directions." Other then the older gal at the front desk, our stay was great!"

"Hotel was clean, staff was attentive. Pool was too cold, no hot tub. For the price, recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Food was very limited, fruit offerings not fresh. Overall 6/10. For the price point there's better options. "
