Our hotel room was not ready by 4pm. Had to wait in line 3 times to get access to room 30 mins later than what I paid for

Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge
Room was clean. Staff at front desk was rude when we checked in. Breakfast was not very appetizing. Eggs didnt look like real eggs. Most items were empty when we arrived at 9am. The staff were very friendly when we checked out. Good location.

All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind. We had a room close to the elevator that I requested. Parking was convenient. Beds were comfortable. View of the river was a nice surprise.
