"Easy check in! Room comfortable and a close walk to grocery and cafe. Beds comfy - neighbors next door arrived at 6:30 am and were very loud!!! Woke my daughter up. But besides that, it was fine for a night. I enjoyed my coffee in their sweet garden /pool area. The heater was a bit funky and coffee maker didn't work. But wonderful French cafe around the corner!!!"

"Yeah even with motel level standards this was probably the WORST motel I’ve stayed in. Front desk was completely lackluster, which pretty much describes the front office AND the employees. If that wasn’t a red flag in itself, the rooms were DIRTY. Stains on walls, chipping paint etc…The bed was at least clean though. And there was a lady singing in her room all night."

"Very small room, cluttered property, many used furniture or equipment just dumped in the corners of property. No housekeeping service to take out trash or clean the room or provide fresh towels. Guest was provided with a plunger to fix the toilet on own."

"All my needs were provided. Staff greeted me each time I came in the front door or walked out of the elevator. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the quality of the toilet paper. I will bring my own next time. Then my stay will be perfect. "

"Clean room, staff were friendly. Check in and checkout was easy. Bed was clean, but there was some weird thing in the toilet and there was a condom in the parking lot. I would still stay here again."

"I lost all my email. We contacted Homes2 Suites main office to see if we got our reservation. They told us to call the hotel directly. We did. They assured us that we had no reservation and nothing was now available. So we stayed elsewhere. But surprise, when we got home we were billed for a room at homes2 Suites. I feel they stole $200 from us by not truly checking for our reservation. Worthless front desk staff."

"Room was large and bed as okay, however the room never cooled down even though we set the thermostat at 65 degrees with the fan constantly blowing."

"The hotel didn’t have the bottle of wine listed on my Expedia reservation, but once I showed them the booking, they honored it. The room was very nice—comfortable bed, Keurig coffee, a safe, and a mini‑fridge (though it was packed with items, leaving little space for our own). The bathroom is small, but housekeeping was excellent and kept the room looking and smelling great throughout our four‑night stay. The breakfast was great. The location is also convenient, just steps away from 2 wineries,...

"The pool hot tub area was excellent, Wine tasting every day at 4:30pm. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Wish beds were a little softer, asked for pillow topper but did not have any available. They did offer extra pillows which was nice. "
