"Wonderful staff who are very helpful. Comfortable and spacious rooms. They offer long term parking for Grand Canyon rafting trip folks which was great."
"One of the best values I've ever had in a hotel. With all the food and drink, there was no reason to leave the property. Will definitely stay there again!"
"There was no staff, other than when we first checked in. We got our room, which did not look like it had been cleaned other than running a vacuum a few days prior. Then after a day or two of hiking, etc, the house keeping had not shown up, so I went to the front office to just get towels. I was greeted with a kiosk and someone presumably in another country, who said there were no employees there, and I would need to come back the following morning. The building itself could use some maintenance, since it looked like it was starting to fall apart. In general, it was not even close to what I would expect from a national chain that typically has a good reputation for customer care and cleanliness."
"Beautiful hotel, super retro vibe. Staff was very nice. Pet friendly. Unfortunately our room didn’t seem ready as the amenities inside were lacking and the bedding wasn’t clean. There was also a dead bug in one of the beds. Hopefully this was a one time event because it is a really nice location! "
"Basic amenities. Clean, comfortable. Within walking distance to restaurants.
Thank goodness it had an actual tub with a stopper for a long bath after my 12 hour drive. Water was hot too.
Nice little area to let the dog out.
All in all a great little place to rest up and refuel and get back on the road."
"Decent room, could smell some smoke, opened window to air out. TV did not work. Remote would not turn on the tv. Got a good nights sleep for my work day."
