I called the front office to see if they had a room in the front instead of the back of the hotel because the person staying next to my room was smoking drugs in his car. Even worse, I encountered roaches in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast was extremely weak and poorly stocked, with limited options. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and basic maintenance. I would not recommend staying here...

"Room was not clean. Stains on sheets and comforters. Floor dirty as well as tub. I complained but nothing was done. On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"Breakfast room was very small, my chair at my table was at the front door and half on the tile by of the lobby. There were no spoons for breakfast..only knives and forks…how does one eat oatmeal, cereal, etc.? There was no staff member to ask for a spoon either. Breakfast space was too small to accommodate guests."
