"I booked a last-minute deal for my niece's birthday, and surprisingly, it turned out to be a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. The pool has a great depth for swimming and sliding, and the hot tub was my favorite with the perfect temperature for relaxation—not too hot but very soothing. The kids loved it there! We received a complimentary breakfast from 7-10 am, although there's no bar or kitchen service available after that. It really depends on your needs, but it was a win-win for us. We used their dining area for the party and set up our own arrangements, just bringing our own food. Overall, our expectations were met, and we made wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff!"

This is our second time in this particular branch. Affordable room is alright. Continental breakfast staff are too busy talking at the back and neglecting the refilling and refurbishing brey. It's not even busy when we arrived, 2 couples. I needed to call them from the counter to refill the empty creamer. Tables are unwashed. It's okay to have conversation, but be outside and keep an eye on your responsibilities. We checked out in the morning of June 2. Front desk was such a snob. You need to give a receipt as a standard not just tell the guest "everything is good". No greetings, no thank you. These people needs to learn basic communication skills. Should remove yourselves in the hospitality industry with this attitude. The only accomodating and courteous employee is the maintenance guy, Max. Kudos to you.
