"The Fort Garry is like staying on a museum, such a lovely historic hotel with modern room upgrades. Love the L’Occitane bath and shower products, nice touch. Bedding is fluffy and crisp sheets, perfect pillows. Dined at both the Oval Room and Italian restaurant. Food and service amazing and cocktails and wine list impressive. Ten Spa, where to begin? Luxury and papering at its finest. Go for the full Hammam, it’s worth it."

"Was able to check in early, staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Shuffle to the airport in the am was ready, no time wasted at all. Restaurant service could have been more attentive, but food was good. I was there solo so wanted to get supper and go"

"Room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Being located downtown was okay. The city seemed to have a lot of businesses that were shut in the area. I also noticed that the google hours didn't always match reality. Outside was dirty and dusty - probably due to the large amount of sand they used for snow clearing and stuff. We enjoyed the restaurant on the 12th floor. It was super convenient. They had a dinner and breakfast buffet - which i didn't do. Food looked great, but didn't feel like eating that much. They did have a real salad bar, kind of reminiscent of the 90s, a few types of leafy materials, onions, olives, fruit...so at least one option for vegetarians as far as fresh food goes."
