We loved our stay at No.5 East B&B. Check in was smooth and easy. The rooms and house were comfortable. The house dog Chief was so friendly, we loved the breakfast and visits each morning with the owners as well as the other guests was a nice way to start the day. Would definitely recommend.

And then there’s Chief, the adorable dog who added an extra bit of charm to the experience! We really enjoyed our stay here, Vahid & wife Marcia are great hosts, very friendly, helpful, room was very clean, comfortable, bath rm is amazing, breakfast is great. It was also very nice to mix with other guests at breakfast. Location is great close to the down town and the Forks. We would highly recommend this place.

Amazing, welcoming hosts and a gorgeous property. I stayed in the Birch Room, which was beautifully appointed, with access to a second floor communal area offering complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, a water cooler, and even pops in the fridge. I especially loved the soaker tub in my room and took advantage of it every night to unwind, using the beautifully scented bath salts made by the owner. The breakfasts were generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. The hosts truly thought of everything, and I couldn’t have chosen a better sanctuary while visiting my elderly parent in long term care. Five stars all the way! I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This century home is a real beautiful home and setting located right next to the river. The room it's self was very spacious, clean and beautiful, with a comfortable bed, with it's own on suite bath rm, spacious very modern shower. Breakfast was very good as well. Marcia & Vahid are great hosts. We highly recommend this B&B while staying in Winnipeg.
