"I had an amazing stay, the owner Nick was very responsive and very pleasant, despite booking last minute. There was a clear guide of instructions of places to go. "Room was perfectly adequate for us. The check in process was appalling. We arrived a couple of hours after the earliest check in time to find a big queue of angry people. Check in was being done by the security guard - he was brilliant and deserves a medal - who was doing his best to resolve all sorts of problems. We checked in eventually after 45 minutes or so.
