"Lovely property in a quiet area of Cape Cod. A few shops within walking distance and a twenty minute drive from the shops of Chatham. Nice grounds. The floor of the room was a bit grimy."

"I would greatly and sincerely like a refund for this “stay”. As my husband and I left 15 minutes after arriving. This was because we saw a gigantic centipede as soon as we opened the door. It’s snuck back into the door frame as there was a huge gap between that and the floor. Allowing anything from the outside to come in."

"Office manager was pleasant, and our stay sufficed for a weekend when we would not be spending much time there. It is an older motel type property, but that was fine. The sheets and towels were clean. However, the outlet next to the sink was not up to date by code with a security shut off if wet, a ceiling panel over the tub was hanging, the caulking around the tub was black with mold, and the door was covered with dirty prints on the inside. These are all things that could be remedied easily...

"What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!"

"I booked a room with a bay view and got to look at a tiny creek with over grow grass surround it. Jaccuzzi and pools were ok . Room was clean. except carpets being wet.the front desk customer service and cleaning lady's where help full but there a guy named Kenny not sure of job title but he's very Rudy and not help full at all. I will not be returning because of the rude gentleman."

"The first day when we entered the room we noticed the the toilet was dirty, we talked with the front desk and they sent someone to clean, quit disappointing for the first day… the third day they did not clean the room and when we called the front desk they told us that they don’t have to, even in the rules of the resort is clearly written that is a part of the service they are supposed to provide.
