"I was travelling with a pet for a one-night stay. I booked through Expedia. The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste. The side entrance nearest to my room did not open with the key card, making it not functional. The ice machines were not working on the 2nd and 3rd floor, which left only two ice machines for the entire hotel. There were people in the parking lot smoking marajuana outside of their car in plain sight. The hotel looked nice from the outside. The room was fine. The common areas were not air conditioned. Will not stay here again."
