"Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and snorkeling tours. The beach at the hotel was perfect. We saw a folding and manatee right from the hotel beach. We were also able to rent a kayak right at the hotel. The tiki bar was a nice option for a cocktail at night. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends! "

"The room (214) was clean except for the jets in the whirlpool tub. A shirt from previous guest was left under the dresser. Other than those two things everything was clean. The bed is extremely firm, uncomfortable and nosy. The kitchen was ready to cook. Nice (small) balcony. The Ocean View was an ocean view but it was a far away ocean view. They were doing construction on our building, started early every morning. The elevator was out of service for about 24 hours. You have to pick up the key...

"Check-in was easy and welcoming. Easy parking. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We had a lower level room on the canal. It was private and quiet. There was a table and chairs that allowed us the opportunity to sit outside in the evening. We had a pleasant stay."

"This is my second reply to you. The room was very nasty, not fit for a pig. I had 2 nights, I only stayed one, only because it was too late to find another place. I'll never be back nor will I recommend it to anyone. Please do something to this place, change the carpet, clean up the place.

"I love that we were able to fish with their fishing rods , that they had a triple kayak suitable for my family size. The pool was perfect to for my kids ( not too deep ) the only thing that I had issues with was the towels , when I got to the front desk to check them out they only had 1 so I had to wait until the next day to get more and the breakfast was ok but they didn’t have bowls to prepare cereals for for the kids. But other than that I loved the place , the location , the view the music...

"I loved everything, all areas are clean, but the public bathroom needs some cleaning work.
Besides that, everything was better than I expected. We rented a boat for an hour with captain Kevin, and he showed us the area. We saw some dolphins. The food and drinks are delicious. There’s music all day.
