The guest house is close to everything, with a small Morrisons conveniently located at the end of the road. The couple who run the guest house were lovely and made us feel very welcome. "We have stayed here before, I payed for a sea veiw room but got a room were we had to keep curtains closed when in room as the imperial hotel was our veiw we could see the sea if I was upto window and looked left could see a bit, couldn't change told it was full and on checking out told it was classed as a side veiw very disappointing and payed £20 extra for it"

"Het gebouw en het onderhoud hiervan is op z’n zachts gezegd gedateerd. Maar dat is heel Blackpool! De kamer is dan wel een paar jaar terug gerenoveerd maar niet echt schoon. Het bed is oké en in tegenstelling tot de rest van de kamer, wel schoon en fris. Net als de handdoeken. De badkamer moet met schimmelreiniger worden aangepakt. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar het ontbijt slaat nergens op!"
